Here's how it works:

When you purchasing a new chain from your preferred retailer, use our address for delivery. This ensures the chain is shipped directly to us, eliminating additional shipping costs or hassle on your end.

After completing the purchase and when the item is shipped, provide us with your details through our contact page. Include the item information and any tracking details.

Once we receive the chain, we will notify you. Visit our online store to select the New Chain Preparation and Waxing product, choose the type of wax you prefer, and complete the purchase.

We will then prep and wax your chain meticulously.

Once the process is complete, we will ship the chain back to you. We include a prepaid Standard AusPost Satchel, so you won't have to pay for shipping back to us when you want to get your chain re-waxed.
